I'd give the wing a couple of feather bumps, maybe three, so he can transition easily into wing hands. The owl example from Preston Blair may be too too in depth with the amount of feathers, but he could morph between wings, wing/hands, and hands easily. Or hands could just appear whenever you wanted, feathers too. Keep it goin construction man!<br /><br />and look at real bird feet too! Daffy Duck and Donald have human legs and bird legs don't work like that.
